ISP 203 - Foundations in Graduate Learning Strategies

This course is recommended to all incoming international students at CGU and is offered only in Module 1 of ISP. Students will learn the most effective strategies for time management, coping with typical American class homework loads, papers, proposals, emotional health and wellness, and balancing a social life, all in a new country. As an additional aspect of this course, students will learn about American graduate school culture, how to handle meetings with professors, collaboration with classmates in groups, and other in-person and online socially challenging situations.
