Certificate Requirements

12 units of Leadership courses as follows:

LEAD 310 Organizational Culture & Design, 2 units

MGT 302/502/602 Practice of Leadership, 2 units

MGT 472 Leadership Ethics & Corporate Social Responsibility, 2 units

MGT 475 Coaching for Managers, 2 units

Additional leadership electives totalling 12 units total for the certificate

 

Students may earn one or more certificates; however no course units may be counted toward more than one certificate. Not all certificates will be offered in every modality.

Equivalent coursework transferred in may not be applied toward a certificate; all units must be completed at the Drucker School.
