Drucker Philosophies, Certificate

This certificate provides students with a focused look at the philosophies of Peter Drucker and their practical applications. By combining an exploration of Drucker’s philosophies with practical application of his approach to management, students learn how to infuse their leadership and management style with Peter Drucker’s values.

Admissions Requirements

Admission requirements are detailed in the Admissions section of the current Policies and General Information Bulletin.

 

Certificate Requirements 

The program consists of the following 12 units of courses:

  • MGT 325 - Finding Clarity (2 units)
  • MGT 302/502/602 - Practice of Leadership (2 units)
  • MGT 300/500/600 - Drucker Philosophy (2 units)
  • MGT 380AB - Creating Your Career Path (2 units)
  • MGT 700 - Great Books of Drucker (2 units)
  • approved elective course (2 units)

Students may earn one or more certificates; however no course units may be counted toward more than one certificate. Not all certificates will be offered in every modality.

Equivalent coursework transferred in may not be applied toward a certificate; all units must be completed at the Drucker School.
