This certificate provides students with an understanding of how people impact business while developing skills to create and analyze effective strategies for running an organization.

Admissions Requirements
Admission requirements are detailed in the Admissions section of the current Policies and General Information Bulletin.
Certificate Requirements
The program is primarily qualitative and consists of 12 units of the following courses:
- MGT 330/530/630 Marketing Management, 2 units
- MGT 385/585/685 Strategy, 2 units
- MGT 390 Economics of Strategy, 2 units
- MGT 392 Emerging Technologies, 2 units
- And either
- MGT 370 Organizational Behavior, 4 units
OR
- MGT 570 Organizational Behavior, 2 units + MGT 671 Creating Effective Organizations, 2 units
Students may earn one or more certificates; however no course units may be counted toward more than one certificate. Not all certificates will be offered in every modality.
Equivalent coursework transferred in may not be applied toward a certificate; all units must be completed at the Drucker School.
