PSYCH 417 - Advanced Practice for PsyD

This course provides structured support for PsyD students as they complete their capstone project, a substantial, practice-oriented endeavor that demonstrates advanced mastery of organizational psychology. Building on students’ developed expertise, the course offers a structured yet flexible environment to support progress from proposal development through implementation to a final deliverable prepared for oral defense. The course emphasizes methodological rigor, practical relevance, and evidence-based practice, while offering guidance, feedback, and accountability to ensure students bring their projects to impactful completion.
