MGT 505 - Human Centricity Seminar This course examines the core role of humans in organizations, either as employees or consumers. Students will learn how to understand, compare, and critically assess the key dimensions of human behavior in organizational contexts, relying on insights from sociology, anthropology, and psychology, and covering various aspects such as identity, emotions, motivation, and legitimacy. The course combines theory and practice via readings, case discussions and experiential exercises to identify research implications from the perspective of employees (organizational behavior) and consumers (consumer behavior).
