MGT 512 - Methods of Qualitative Research

This course will introduce the basic strategy that guides the entire research process, from data collection, analysis, interpretation, and discussion of results. You will learn that qualitative research designs are iterative in nature and more than simply a descriptive chronological sequence. Designing qualitative research is therefore about engaging in difficult trade-off decisions and is a very creative act. We shall draw on existing best (and worst) practices as well as your own research ideas to enable you to pick the right design for your own research.
