Performance Management is a continuous process of identifying, measuring, and developing the performance of individuals and teams and aligning their performance with the organization’s strategic goals. This graduate-level course will cover the multi-dimensional aspects of performance management in today’s workplace, including the concepts of performance management as it relates to the individual, team, and organization. You will also gain a real-world understanding of a holistic performance management system, including performance planning, measurement, assessment, appraisal, and execution.
