PP 330 - Public Policy Process

This core course examines how policy is formed, framed, and filtered in the American Political system. Various theories and models of policy making are examined and compared. Emphasis is placed on the process interactions between decision makers, interest groups, administrative agencies, the courts, the media, and the general citizenry in formulating, adopting, implementing and evaluating policy.
