CGH 412 - Community Based Translational Research to Promote Population Health

This course will provide doctoral students in public health and health promotion sciences with knowledge and practical skills relevant to the purposes, design, execution, and interpretation of community based translational research relative to chronic diseases as driven by tobacco and other substance abuse, diet, physical activity, stress, and environmental exposures. A personalized ecological model will frame the organization, readings, discussions, and field research.
