CGH 336 - Statistical Methods in Genome-wide Association Studies in the Post-GWAS Era The course is designed for graduate students majoring in biostatistics, epidemiology, and/or public health. Students will be exposed to the latest methodology and computer tools in statistical genetics and genomics.
Cutting-edge topics in GWAS and the post-GWAS era will be covered. At the end of the course, the students are expected to independently design, analyze, and evaluate modern genetic and genomics studies. Units: 4 Enrollment is exclusive to students who have previously taken Statistical Programming with R (CGH 332) AND Statistical Methods in Modern Genetics and Epidemiology (CGH 333).
