CGH 336 - Statistical Methods in Genome-wide Association Studies in the Post-GWAS Era

The course is designed for graduate students majoring in biostatistics, epidemiology, and/or public health. Students will be exposed to the latest methodology and computer tools in statistical genetics and genomics. Cutting-edge topics in GWAS and the post-GWAS era will be covered. At the end of the course, the students are expected to independently design, analyze, and evaluate modern genetic and genomics studies.

Enrollment is exclusive to students who have previously taken Statistical Programming with R (CGH 332) AND Statistical Methods in Modern Genetics and Epidemiology (CGH 333).
