MGT 502 - The Practice of Leadership

This course is about the development and practice of effective leadership. Students will learn various skills for building self-awareness and developing themselves as leaders and also what effective leadership looks like. Through assessment, reflection, and practice-based assignments, students will be able to develop various leadership competencies as well as their capacity to grow, learn, and manage themselves on their future leadership journey.
