The California Police Chiefs Executive Leadership Institute at Drucker (CPCELI) is an executive education program offered in conjunction with the California Police Chiefs Association during the summer term. This one-of-a-kind west coast Executive Leadership Institute (ELI) is a premier program designed to enhance leadership skills.
