The goals of Human Resource Management (HRM) focus on equipping students with the knowledge and skills to assist organizations in a number of vital endeavors and responsibilities.

• Establish and maintain more effective human resources policies
• Manage a diverse workforce
• Understand how social, regulatory, and technical changes affect human resource requirements
• Design and manage organizational change
