Degree Requirements

Degree requirements for the MA in History include: 40 units with grades of B or better, one substantive research paper, one foreign language, and a thesis.

Students admitted to any degree program in the History Department must read carefully the History Department Student Handbook for the year in which they began the program and the Registration and Degree Information   in this Bulletin for a complete, detailed listing of requirements.
