Master’s of Health Information Management
This transdisciplinary program provides dynamic graduate education in health IT. The MHIM programs intended for students who have recognized the outstanding potential for career advancement that an MS in health IT can deliver.
The MHIM is one of only five graduate HIM programs in the US to be accredited by CAHIIM (www.cahiim.org). The coursework in the MHIM has been designed for students from a wide range of backgrounds, including IT, management, clinical practice, and laboratory science. In addition to its coursework, the MHIM features a clinical immersion component, which will allow you to put your knowledge into practice as part of a research team or in a healthcare organization.
