Participants complete 16 units of management foundation courses, 8 units of focus in either strategy or leadership, and 8 units of electives for a total of 32 units.  This degree offers a non-profit concentration if 8 units of non-profit courses are taken.

Participants who have received the Drucker MAM degree may elect to complete the additional admission and degree requirements for the EMBA by applying 16 units of the MAM degree coursework to the EMBA degree. Participants who have not completed the MAM degree may transfer all of the completed coursework of the MAM to the EMBA, as long as all EMBA course requirements are met.
