The Master of Arts in Leadership program is a hybrid program in organizational leadership for working professionals. It is designed for students seeking skill development and additional credentials to advance into more senior leadership roles. The program is designed for those learners who want to gain knowledge and skills with the people aspects of leading an organization rather than the broader set of business skills.
Graduates of the MA in Leadership program will have developed leader self-awareness, practiced interpersonal sensitivity and communication, demonstrated creativity and innovation in the analyses and presentation of information, identified the challenges of leading in diverse and cross-cultural organizations, and articulated a vision and strategy for effective intervention and change.
