Certificate Requirements 

The program is primarily qualitative and consists of 12 units of the following courses:

• MGT 321/MGT514 - Marketing Management (2-4 units)
• MGT 340 - Strategy or MGT 550 - Strategu + a pre-approved strategy elective (4 units)
• MGT 345 - Organizational Behavior (4 units)
• MGT 383 - Economics of Strategy (2 units)

 

For non-degree students enrolled solely in the People and Strategy certificate, a course plan must be approved before admission.
