Advanced Study in Evaluation, Certificate
|
|
Return to: Non-Degree Programs
The Certificate in Advanced Study in Evaluation is primarily a distance-based program designed for evaluators with experience in the field. Advanced methodologies for conducting evaluation and the intersection of evaluation theory and research with on-the-ground practice are covered in depth. The program culminates with a practicum experience tailored to the current practice or research interests of each student.
Prospective students meet with Evaluation Faculty to design a program of study. For students who are not in Claremont, a conference call is arranged. Experienced evaluators with prior graduate courses and university-based professional development training may be able to complete the certificate requirements in two semesters, mostly from a distant location.
University Policies. Policies detailed in the current Policies and General Information Bulletin apply.
